"Carlos Ramón Díaz is another new-to-us producer, his farm is also named La Esperanza and is located in Pitalito -- not to be confused with our other La Esperanza offering, we have named this release "La Esperanza 2." Also a washed Pink Bourbon, this lot offers a sparkling lime acidity along with a candied and tactile sweetness. We've profiled this to a light roast, pushing the sweetness in this cup further."
