"The caffeine has been removed from this variety mix from Peru, but not the taste!
 
This works with the help of liquid, natural CO2, which is pumped through the coffee in large tanks (well, they are huge) and dissolves the caffeine from the beans. However, the CO2 does not dissolve all the other components, which remain in the coffee. If this sounds a little too abstract for you, let us recommend James Hoffmann (once again!): He visited the facility where our coffee was decaffeinated and made a super interesting video. Another lesson learned! :)"
