"A few years ago, we set aside a small portion of a washed Kenyan coffee from the Kii Washing Station to experiment with long-term frozen storage of green coffee. Last week, we finally pulled it from the freezer to see how it had held up—and the results were remarkable.

Harvested in 2022, this coffee tastes every bit as vibrant as we remember, with bright acidity, jammy sweetness, and exceptional freshness. In the cup, we're tasting hibiscus, cranberry, lingonberry, grapefruit, and red currant."
