"Guatemala is one of tghe oldest specialty coffee producing regions in Central America. Grown in volcanic terrain at 1300 - 2000 masl, the coffees are rich in organic acids and delicate flavors. Major producing regions, including Antigua, Huehuetenango, and Acatenenago, each have distinct regional characteristics based on their unique soils and microclimates, which are expressed in layers of flavor and texture.
Farm owner Pedro practices sustainable coffee cultivation, aiming to protect nature and pass it on to future generations. The coffee, brewed through a blend of optimal natural conditions and the farmer's passion, delivers a diverse array of flavors. The coffee featured this time features a striking apple mint aroma and subtle grape acididty. Its lingering sweetness, reminiscent of cranberry, is a delightful experience."
