"El Laurel Farm is a fourth-generation family-run farm located in teh village of Las Delicias, Danli region, El Paraiso Department, Honduras
Coffee with clear and balanced flavor is grown in the fertile soil and milkd microclimate of a high-altitude region approximately 1,400 meters abvoe sea level. Farm owner Oscar Ramirez Chavez received quality training starting at teh age of 19 and revamped hjis cultivation methods; in 2015, he marked a turning point for the farm by introducing a specialty microlot together with his father.
Currently, kthe Parainema variety is primarily cultivated on 8.5 hectares out of approximately 12 hectares, while plums, avocados, and shade trees are planted alongside it to maintain ecological balance. Through traditional washed processing and meticulous fermentation management, the distinct, vivid flavors and texture characteristic of Parainema are exquisitely expressed.
