Matthew Orchard has worked in coffee since 2009 opening cafes and working in plenty of roasteries, but in 2019 he wanted to start his own roastery. Plot's name derives from 1) a small area of planted land, 2) the sequence of events that make up a story, and 3) to locate a curve (roasting curve) by plotted points. Matthew is an AST and the entire team is focused on both education in London, as well as great coffee sourced from unique regions around the world (like China, Myanmar, India, and many more). Plot is one of our favorite European roasters and we are thrilled to offer them again!
