Koppi was founded by barista and brewers champions (and married couple) Anne Lunell and Charles Nystrand in 2007. What began as a coffee bar with an in store roaster evolved solely into a roasting endeavor in 2016. Despite being a small, family-owned operation, Koppi has garnered a global reputation for its outstanding contributions to the coffee industry at large.
Anne spends much of her time around the world meeting with coffee producers and judging coffee competitions, while Charles handles roasting and distribution. Future ambitions include increasing value for producers and farmers.
