Comet Coffee was co-founded in 2012 by married duo Mark Atwood and Stephanie Fischer. Their business partnership was built upon a shared love of both specialty coffee and exceptional pastries. Today, Comet Coffee is owned and operated by brothers Matt and Tim Garvey. Comet currently features roasters from around the globe, many with whom they maintain long-term relationships. In addition to operating as a multi-roaster, Comet is now roasting their own selection of coffees for house espresso, drip, cold brew, and retail.
